Single cat occupancy: £10.00 per day
Two cats sharing a double chalet: £17 per day
Three cats sharing a chalet: £22 per day
Four cats in family chalet: £25 per day
Five cats in a family chalet: £30 per day
The prices above are for cats from the same family sharing a cat chalet.
Four or Five cats from the same family can be housed in our large spacious family chalet.
Where cats from the same family are not happy to be housed together we can offer them separate accommodation.
Our fees are inclusive of VAT and include full veterinary and public liability insurance, meals, heating, grooming, administering medicines, and time spent pampering our boarders.
Terms and Conditions
- All cats must be immunised against cat flu, feline enteritis and preferably feline leukaemia, [leukaemia is not compulsory].
- Cats should have had their booster vaccinations no less than 14 days prior to boarding.
- Cats should be treated for flea’s at least 7 days prior to boarding. Cats that are suffering from a flea infestation will be treated with an appropriate flea treatment with the prior permission of the owner. Any costs incurred for flea treatment will be paid by the owner on collection of their cat.
- Vaccination certificates must be brought to the cattery when dropping off cats
- A non-refundable deposit of £20 should be paid at the time of booking. If the booking is cancelled, the deposit will be put towards future bookings with RCH.
- We will shortly be able to accept payment by Maestro/Visa/MasterCard, in the meantime we accept cash or a cheque supported by a bank card.
- Any cancellations less than 14 days will incur the full booking charge.
- Cats should be brought to the cattery in a suitable cat container securely fastened. No responsibility can be taken by Riverside Cat Hotel for the loss of any cat where this advice is not observed.
- Cat containers and vaccination certificates will be kept on the cattery premises until customers collect their cat(s).
- We are unable to accept un-neutered male cats over seven months old
- We reserve the right to refuse admission to any cat showing signs of illness
- All collars will be removed and kept in a safe place during the term of boarding at RCH – this is for the cat’s safety. Collars will be returned to the owner when they collect their cat.
- Should you decide to collect your cat(s) prior to the agreed collection date, the full booking fee will be charged.
- Fees are charged for days of arrival and departure. If the booking spans more than 5 days, if the cat is collected before midday on the day of departure there will be no charge for that day. Any cat’s collected after midday on the last day of the booking will incur the full day’s fee.
All fees must be paid on collection of your cat.
